Abstract

This paper presents a reflection on the exhibition of human bodies in museums, discussing its implications for the asymmetries in power relations and the representation of Indigenous Peoples. The analysis begins with the definition of the exhibition complex in Chile and then moves on to the case of the Atacameño people, addressing their demands and progress in this context. The paper concludes with an ethical debate, along with some considerations on the decolonization of museums.
